Your recipes look great, I’m going to make them but I think you should add subtitles to explain what you are doing , ingredients and cooking times etc I think that would help. The picture of the rice dish for the video looks like it has been cooked in the oven but it’s all done in pans on the oven top. All look good though and very tasty.
