Gobo is a member of a starfaring species, yes? How does he not know how to let himself out of the car? I know Jerry is this show's resident doofus, but how, exactly, does he forget his part in the plan to return an alien being to its home world? The writers can't seem to agree on what his I.Q. is from one episode to the next. Also, it is implied that Rick and Morty had to skip to another Earth because of the squirrels. Only one of two things could have happened. Either they come to some accommodation with those squirrels and stayed put. Or they found another similar Earth where Rick and Morty just happened to die at around that time. A later episode will imply the former because its plot won't work if it's the latter. (Yeah, yeah, I know it's just a show. I should really just relax.)

Hey I have a suggestion, from a Latin native speaker to another, If you have trouble pronouncing Morty, you can just say "Mori" but not like you died in spanish, emphasize the "o". Im trying to be nice, this is just a suggestion, there is no need to say it this way, you're pronouncing it right actually, but I like it to pronounce it the way they pronounce it. Idk if there is a reason you're not already doing this...but I think it would be a great idea to sometimes pause to take in some details, especially when something goes by fast like later on in this episode. Or even go back after the episode has ended to do that. You could then check if you didn't hear a click. I often want to just simply know more of what you think to lots of those scenes. And I often do that myself when I watch the show, to for example read the List of Instructions Summer was holding.

I don’t know if you like Japanese animation, but a good show to watch for wholesomeness, and a sanity reset is “One Piece”. Excellent world/story building with great exploration of real world problems. Plus there is a mermaid striving to overcome the difficulties between being trapped underwater and wanting to live life under the sun.
