As a hostess, I feel the same way. There are days when we are understaffed and days when we are overstaffed. It has to due with the number of customers and the rate they arrive and leave.

I have an idea for if you do another run like this. Keep the coffee tables like they are, but put a wall of counters up between the door Jazzy uses and the first table. That should keep everyone going through the door closer to Price.

I was thinking the could’ve moved the two floor lamps in the area so that they are lined vertically instead of horizontally like they were. But I think they wanted to keep the path open.

Do the dumplings change color when put on the counter? They are lighter than then change to darker than when on the brown counter. The dumplings don't change color when cooked and plated.

It's the orientation of the counter. Rotate it and it looks different from each 90 degree angle.
