Today I want to beat Brotato Endless. How do you beat an Endless mode? For me, I consider it beat when I don't see an end to it and could go forever, so the end would not be due to lack of damage, but due to a lack of time investment. Like healing 100 HP/second but the enemy deals a maximum of 50 damage/second, you could last forever. If that's 100% the case I am not sure, but given what we reached I consider it beat and done. Onwards to the DLC of Brotato!

I have a feeling he likes what he does... It's kinda easy to spend massive amount of time working if you enjoy it. Editing is also fairly easy once you have it down and most of his videos have "live" recording, not post edit recording, which makes it more streamlined... and to be fair much more entertaining because you get to hear all of the frustration and all of the happiness when things finally work out.

I don't know if anyone commented this already (or if you got it at a later point in the video) but the locking to stop items from appearing in crates only works with unique items. Anyways I really enjoy your video, good job breaking your record

They recently changed shop locking, so most items still can spawn in crates, even when locked. Locking bad uniques still prevents them from showing up though.

35:01 I think its because the damage dealt surpassed the 32 bit integer limit and the damage rolled back from zero, so it did about 2147483655 damage I believe

Yes. You can more easily/quickly reach those numbers when playing modded (especially with GMO and certain characters/items combo). It gets wild and crash-tastic at that point.

Furthest i've gotten in endless (like 30 something, i'm new) was using lich and items that hurt you every second, and getting my health pool, regen and life steal super high. I'd heal and do hundreds in damage to something several times a second, and started every wave at 50% so a lot of the time a boss or elite would just die from my natural regen damage before much else had a chance to spawn in. Realized right there that playstyle options are basically infinite, i'd built a diabolical character that barely has to lift a finger to do any direct damage. Sure, i had SMGs for crowd control and life stealing, but they were a means to an end at that point

Fun numbers, Giant's Belt is working at roughly 1% efficiency at wave 100... So you'd already need to hit a boss 10 000 times for it to die from that alone. At wave 1000, you'd need ~533 000 000 hits to deal the full hp bar's worth of damage.

by wave 750, you had a total of 421 Trillion dmg on your eyes the easiest way to calculate the dmg count is Million - Base 1 Billion - Bi = 2 Trillion - Tri = 3 and so on so forth, it doesn't get difficult to calculate until after the deca's (10 sided shapes) since after i believe 12 sides, shapes begin to lose their terms and start being called (number of sides) - gons
