🤎🤎🤎 I've been watching you a longtime never commented just stayed in the back I have been learning cooking different African meals I have to pay it this mail this week the food was excellent the salmon was very very delightful good I love the avocado oil so with the salmon at the pared ideas homemade mashed potatoes homemade creamed spinach and we had Jamaican wheat bread the whole meal was excellent and fried plantains on the side thank you

The cleaning with salt and lemon is perfect. Well seasoned with salt, black and your sweet Adjeley seasoning is perfect. I need to taste that seasoning produce by you. The sauce on top wow and with mash potatoes is really nice

Wow Sweetie, such beautiful salmon 🦈 enabling it to be cut into good Size portions. (garlic, basil, rosemary & parsley) The infusion and aroma it's self is on a different level, Just heavenly 👌,No wonder it's Daddy's favourite. yes mash, boiled or roast potatoes with a little tartar sauce and extra Cappers yes that's what I'm talking about ✌️✌️well done Sweetie keep them coming 👏👏💟❣️💟💖

No. In Ghana the fish was first popular among the Ga fishing community whose name for it is "saman." Everyone else thought it was a corruption of salmon so call it salmon to date, but Ga's call it saman.
