The bigger Red Sea aquariums definitely have an issue with silicone not holding back the pressure of the water, I have seen many many of them leak and experienced it twice myself, the Red Sea nano’s seem solid but they have much less stress on the silicone, bigger aquariums are better braced

Tip on the yellow fiji leather put him high up in the tank. He likes a lot of light it will be more yellow and always open! Mine is never closed and really yellow.

My aquarium has been going thru some struggles, mostly me just being busy so swings and water changes have been more and less than what they should be 😓 got some macro algae in it now to help need less water changes, and getting an ato very soon…. Almost 2 years running without one it should be one of the biggest helps to its stability I think

I did get some aptaisia on the macro algae but since getting 3 pepermimt shrimps they seem to have gone 🥰

I like Asterina starfish. They do a great job. I have only ever seen one eat a tiny leather coral. It looked different from all the others I had so I am thinking it was a different species. Just my experience. They can reproduce to undesirable population levels though so I just pick the ones off the glass and discard.

My two toadstool corals walked since you brought it up I think it’s because it was next to a different large green leather and the other was by a cabbage leather just kept going up almost 6 inches then it slowly started getting smaller and smaller then died

I bought the Coral Curry when it first dropped I got like a beta version with no label or anything lol but the food works so well and my Frogspawn, Zoas, Gorgonians, Cabbage, and Pectinia corals all love it and are growing well, so sounds like an excuse to buy that new box with the spoon and container lol
