Not sure if yall missed it but the reason that the first girl took so long to turn was because the dad/teacher was giving her medical to prevent her from turning.He even said its slowing it by a couple hours at most with the injections. And lastly sure yall have noticed but with everyone else to speed of how fast you turn has to do with where you were bit, like how it took longer for the best friend to turn who was bit on the leg vs the teacher who was bit on the lower part of his arm.

i think the acceleration of them turning depends on the psychological emotions they feel and their immune systems, like the teacher and isak they were both indenial and vulnerable they were bitten and just started turning faster when they started to realize they actually were, i think fear speeds up the infection and anger fights the infection

i think, the reason why Onjo's friend was turning too slow, is because of comfort, notice how her eyes changed? when she's scared her eyes turn black, when she got comfort from Onjo, it turned to normal eyes again, and when Cheong-san grab Onjo, Isak turned, because she's scared again, you will notice it in ep. 5(?) where gwinam turned to zombie but, only half zombie(spoiler) because he's not scared, you can also notice the FEAR in cheon-san's bestfriend Gyeong-su. Random fact of the day: In most hospitals MRI doors open outward because they utilize a gas to operate. If the gas leaks it causes increased air pressure, so doors that open inward can't be opened. Not sure if it's common in south korea for them to use sliding doors, however.

Those that do often have circumstances that have caused them to be that way. Have you ever had to wake up wondering if you will live to see another day as a child? Have you ever lived in a city with a crime rate so high that their aren’t enough police? Maybe you are willing to just roll over and die, but many aren’t and will do what it takes to live because at the end of the day the most important life to you should be yours.

Did you actually watch train to busan? The most they did in the movie was run away from the zombies. Only 3 people truly tried to fight them and 1 of them died in the process lol. The movie literally ends with everybody but 2 dead. I wouldn't use that movie as a guide to survive an apocalypse.
