35 primo gem for every local legend in Natlan, so in total you can get 350 getting all of them,however some of the achievement is really hard,one require you to not get hit,one need you to one shot it,one need to you do specific thing,.. one mess up and you have to restart. The hardest for me was the trio fatui, the last achievement need you to kill the rest of the Fatui after one of them died in 10 seconds,which you have to stall them and dodge them at the same time ,group them up sound easy but in practical ,very hard

I used the Arlecchino Zhongli pyro team for this boss, and after some dying, I eventually finished it first try. However, after seeing what it had dropped, I swore I would never fight this local legend ever again.

@@justincase4859 here's one strategy: build for survivability for change an example -> beidou + xinqgiu + zhongli + noelle 60% damage reduction from beidou + xingqiu bursts, 75% damage reduction from noelle's defense, healing from noelle, and zhongli for resonance, for freezing the turle, and stronger shield. you can actually tank this thing with this party. but you'll probably need everyone to be on favonius for energy cuz the synergy isn't the greatest. i think jean has a constellation that gives 40% damage reduction so if you use her instead of zhongli you get damage immunity for like 6 seconds. but it's quite annoying to do so i'd rather just do the previous one.

@@justincase4859 because if you want to get every achievement from these local legend,you have to learn their mechanic, this turtle second achievement need you to kill it before it's shield is up,hard to do for average player, the trio 3rd achievement need you to kill all of them after one of them died in 10 seconds,require strategy and dodging,grouping them is not easy,they will do elemental reaction on you

There is a trick to this boss. Become one of dragon stay near pyro light near a green rock. I used furina and navia team. When he get his shield on i become that dragon near pyro light and geta healed 2.5K per sec when his lightning hit. Easy way to bypass his lightning attack

It took me - 10 attempts - 2 friends - 2 worlds to get the tier 3 achievement. (I don't own any charge attack bows :)) Because when we killed it the first time we somehow did it wrong so we had to change worlds and do it all over again...

I fought this turtle using Xiao, Zhongli, YaoYao and Diona. I needed extra shields and YaoYao's ult really helped a lot when the turtle was in shield phase because of dendro damage + giving the team to heal when the turtle stopped spinning/summon lightnings

You think you were cheesing it, but for the 3rd achievement you have to stay at range when it has the shield up. Tighnari Yae Nahida quicken makes it easy (unlike the 2nd in the chain which is a DPS check no one can do without either a C6 speedrun comp or using co-op in a low WL).

Just found it today. Seems like using Furina with vape and freeze comp work well to delay its attacks. Just run once it starts spinning. I used Furina Chralotte Xiangling Xingqiu

I actually use Venti to avoid those strike, appealingly this NPC doesn’t have any attack for flyer so is easy to dodge it without doing anything. And the balls electro have a short time to disappear so outrunning it is also simple

Yea this damn turtle was the last the achievement I tried to get. Because it requires you to take no damage for all characters in your party while his shield is activated. And you have to do this solo. Why? I tried with my friends like 3 times and I didn’t get the achievement because even your controlled character doesn’t take damage, but your friend’s character does, so it will not work.

Kept dying to this turtle's spinning attack from its shield and from being electrocuted when attempting to remove the shield. I don't really have any built characters since I'm more of a casual player and can get by with my decent clam Qiqi and Freminet (who is the first one I've actually put time, effort and resources into building). Attacking the turtle's shield close-ranged electrocutes your character, so I brought out Yanfei since she was my only decently "built" ranged attacker to disable the shield, and I used Mualani to escape the spinning attacks since I couldn't outrun it with Mona. I did beat it eventually, though I swore to myself that I wouldn't be attempting that again anytime soon (or at all, really). Plus, there's absolutely no way I could do the second achievement at all without some kind of strong assistance anyway.

The next achievement after that is to kill turtle without getting hit by counter-attack (which is what was killing him in this video in the beginning, electro counter)
