Its really amazing to see the difference between someone with proper sheepshead fishing understanding/technique compared to someone who just jerks the rod when they feel a bite. I've never caught a sheepshead due to my primitive beginner technique, but after watching this, and several other great videos on catching sheephead, I think I might finally be ready to set the hook properly the next time I go out.

I don't now how many other favieties fish you can bleed with that same finger method, but you can bleed a Red Drum the same way. I didn't know you could do that with a Sheep like you showed us. Thanks for the tip and great videos! Keep up the great work!

Its a little hard to tell in the video, but your sauce looks broken. Pro tip, if you warm up your heaby whipping cream in the microwave for about a minute, your sauce is less likely to break.
