This secret Terraria weapon beats the Zenith... If I were to ask you what the most powerful weapon in Terraria is, you'd probably say the Zenith... But what if I told you this is completely wrong, and there was fact an upgrade to an existed weapon that completely knocks the Zeniths performance out the park. Pro tip: use the pearlwood armour set while killing the Eye Of Cthulhu hitless to make your armour have 100% dodge chance

Don’t forget every accessory slot has to be filled with shoe spikes so you only need to hit the eye twice

And don’t forget about the added damage when you equip shiny red balloons in all of your other characters accessory slots.

And if you put a single ebonsand block in the 27th inventory slot you will get two copper short swords!

And also if you equip the terrarian in the 47th slot of your inventory on march 10 of any year that ends with a prime number while in the hallow biome the copper shortsword gains 69x damage, crit chance, speed, size and it inflicts both frostburn and cursed flames at the same time

A few tips for getting this: -make sure you use full copper armour as it gives a set bonus to the copper short swords -make sure that you summon the eye of chtulu at 4:28am for the damage glitch

The summoning time is wrong, make sure to summon it exactly at 4:28 am or else the glitch won't work

A good tip for getting some range with the shortsword is to use the expert drop from skeleton. This adds a bone projectile to some of your attacks

I always forget about this major sword upgrade when I play melee, since it's so difficult to obtain before getting some decent mobility like wings in hard mode. I'll try to make a tutorial on the easiest way to beat the eye without getting hit using only a copper shortsword, as that is definitely the hardest part. If you are going for this item, then keep on trying. The reward is 100% worth it.

After countless attempts, I finally completed the Eye of Cthulhu hitless. And I must say, this weapon's DPS is rather amazing. The AoE potential with the multi target really adds to the weapon. And well I don't think it quite compares to something like a Legendary Tin Shortsword, it's still certainly a top 5 throwing class weapon.
