Cool vid Donovon👍 Question, you shot the video in 60fps, I'm guessing you are doing the speed ramping on a 24fps timeline right? Would this also apply for 120fps footage on a 24fps timeline as well?

Thanks! Yes. Just make sure you increase the maximum amount you can increase the speed by sliding the 300% to a larger number. With 120FPS footage you'll have to speed it up a lot more to see a difference.

Great post! So 🤔 using the "motion blur" option in the color page, automatically uses the "key frames" you placed on the edit page...? we don't have to "key frame it" then...? thanks! cheers~

Well, the motion blur in the color page only interprets original frames. So if you're using speed ramping, it's not going to interpret any skipped frames. Do do that, you'll need to right click and select "Render In Place" from there, select the highest quality. After that, go back to the color page and add motion blur. It will then blur together the visible frames and skip the skipped frames.
