I'm pretty sure the way Jay got the position as their drummer was by listening to Acle's ridiculously tech, programmed drums, learning it *by ear*, kicking ass and fucking killing it! Such a sick drummer. And funny you mention he looks as happy as Rudi, since I put those two in my top 5 drummers! Also, solid flex that you have their new album when they're all teasing it on Instagram 😭

I’ve met Jay twice and he’s the least pretentious badass drummer you could meet. He straight up says “I’m not a very well rounded drummer. I really just like Prog and that’s my wheelhouse. I can’t give you a list of jazz and fusion drummers I idolize.” 😂 It’s like bro, could you add a little mystique? Just say “Man Katche” or “Bill Bruford” so we can move on with our lives.
