Oilers fan, and I gotta let my bias show a little. For better or worse the Oilers are usually the series to watch in the playoffs. Getting to play another exciting team in Vancouver has been a a boon for the sport as a whole showcasing high end talent with controversy throughout. No matter how this series ends, I congratulate the non toxic Canucks fans on a series well fought. The Western Conference finals will only get much harder from here. I just want to see 1 cup for McDavid and Draisaitl as Oilers. Anything after that is total gravy. Cheers all!

@@CC-of5xl not sure what games you've been watching but they've been fine, aside from some pretty bad stretches during a few games that all teams will have. Shot totals don't mean anything. Canucks did play pretty bad in game 4 though for almost the entire game though, I'll give you that.

Game 4 was the Oilers best game so far. They finally had players not named McDavid or Draisitl step up and make an effort. Silovs was amazing again but the team in front of him looked like they were playing tired, injured or tentative because of the last games antics/the killer Oiler power play. Worst game of the series for the Canucks. They were allowing the Oilers to beat them to a lot of the puck battles and beat them with the big hits. Petterssen is not built for playoff hockey. He can sometimes win puck battles on the boards but then he falls over. He's not shooting, his passes are not connecting and he just looks dazed by everything. And it's not his line mates that are the problem because he's been equally ineffective when he's played on the lotto line with Miller and Boeser.

Definitely a very close and interesting series. It could go either way but right now my bets are on the oilers. Oilers have been consistently outplaying and out shooting the canucks. Canucks have been very resilient and great at making their chances count but shilov has been the one keeping them in the game imo. That being said if they manage to figure out how to contain edmonton and start generating more chances I dont think Edmonton is flexible enough to change their style of play in response I think the big wildcard here is Pickard. Is he gonna be what finally pushes things decisively in Edmonton's favour or is he gonna be skinner 2.0? (My bets are more geared towards the latter) Another interesting thing to note is the round after this. I think Edmonton has a greater chance of beating dallas whereas Vancouver has a better chance of beating colorado
