That’s to assume that there is truly a 1:1 ratio. For me personally slowing it by .05 helps me a lot. It’s good advice but it’s option based. Also you need to factor things like Fov scaling.

I play loke 13-9, 13-10 with an ads multiplier of .7-.8 and its been really nice. Practicing without aim assist also helps build your muscle memory as well

I play 6, 6 with an ads mulitpler of .35. This gives me my speed I want to turn and run but also slows my ads aim to a 2.1 sensitivity. I'm able to control it my shots better than ever. I'm thinking of changing it to .30 soon. I play linear and gradual.

Worth to note, ads multipliers have never actually multiplied base sens by their said values. In every cod before mwii, even max ads speed is slower than max base sens. Mwii is I believe an exception where it seems 3.3 may give a 1:1. I havent really sat down to test that tho. While I cant say 1:1 for certain, its def the fastest max ads sens in a cod game with its 4.0 being faster than cold war's 4.0 even. This getting a bit long, but also wanna mention 1.0 on 1x sights isnt 1.0 on all other sights. Only pointing this stuff out bc I for one dont too much believe in needing to use 1.0 as many say for muscle memory (granted i dont think thats quite what you said in the vid) since 1.0 isnt 1:1, and no setting would be true universal 1:1 on controller unless you tuned the settings for one gun and one sight multiplier. On top of that, controller players dont really want 1:1 like most think they do. Still not putting down 1.0, since Ive used it several times and it plays well, but I def dont see it as a must per se. Some of my best games have been on .80 or .75. Ill also say just like base sens, it depends on how much force you are gonna exert to really pick one for you, but like a good 6-6 .80 will prolly play well for most. I changed my ads sensitivity to below 1 since the game dropped anddd I’ve had nothing but inconsistency issues with my aim. I’ll be going back to 1 as soon as I’m on! Good looking out. 😊

Ads sensitivity multiplier doesnt actually work properly as i use 10 10 1.0 and ads is still slower then my hip sensitivity. Even 10 10 hip with a 2.0 ads your aim still slower then hip

Ehh I disagree. I’d rather play on a higher sensitivity & lower the ADS multiplier to 80, 90 whatever that way I can still turn around like if an enemy is behind me but then when I ADS it’s a little slower so my shot isn’t all over the place. But to each their own

Can’t use this on controller. When ADS’ing. Especially long range. I prefer a slower ADS as my sensitivity is very fast and 1v1’s at 0-10 meters are usually won right in front of you, or hip firing, anything over 10+ meters , users are typically in front and u want to aim as best as possible 🤷‍♂️

That's alright on PC, on console I disagree, I play 7-8 sens and .85 ads, it's especially hard to beam a moving target with 1 ads and higher sens imo, also I always try to fresh aim at each target unless they're bunched together

You need angel touch, but you can. Im 20-20 4.00 ads and can hit far shots, but only if warm. So 4 obv not optimal, but like 1.00 is more than good on 20-20.
