I recently traveled from Mumbai to Alibaug on M2M Ferries where I could take my car along. It is very safe and sanitized way of travel. I really had a great time.
The boarding points are
Mumbai: Ferry Wharf/ Bhaucha Dhakka
Mandwa: Mandwa Jetty for Alibaug
