A USB-C PD to 5.5/2.5 DC 12V 2A adapter allows this kit to become portable with a power bank. 😀

Yeah I have to see your setup tomorrow. I notice the driver becomes a bit hot, like you were saying about it having to step up the voltage.

Can you test it with laser pointer or different leds? I'm trying to build something similar for my convoy m21a. My goal is to make lep-like beam, but with red light 😍

ive even built a bunch of grow lights with cheap chinese LEDS and put them on a piece of heat sink and there you go lol love building my own lights

Nice man, how'd you do it? Was it those pre-made led strips?

@@DarrenYeoYT LOL NO I USE EPISTAR 3watt led chips all different colors and i hook them up with wires and i put them on a heat sink and use a power supply rated for how many LEDS i use and thats how i build my own lights just like what you bought in this video except not a lazer diode lol anyways i would love to build a grow light out of 5watt CREE led chips but they cost way way to much for just a grow light so yeah ie even used a cheap chineese 50watt LED chip and put it on an aluminum frying pan for the heat sink so yeah i love building grow lights
