if you watched the video you would see i gave him 3 chances over a year to stop stealing other peoples content. he is not telling the truth in his video still. as a creator who travels the world as well filming 5 days a week seeing someone making thousands of dollars stealing others content is outrageous. many creators have reached out to me since posting this video thanking me for exposing it. As someone who works in the digital sector (software), it makes me really angry that people have a different opinion of digital content vs real-world goods when it comes to theft. If someone went into a shop and stole a load of stuff to then sell on, most people could agree that that's a morally wrong thing to do. However, a lot of people seem to think there's a grey area when it comes to digital content for some reason - possibly because there's no physicality to what's been stolen. Digital products still represent a big investment in time and creativity, and deserve the same rights and protection as physical products.

For all of his faults, he’s on a good mission, being sober and creating content that helps people who are underrated skaters around the world have a spotlight which is amazing. He probably didn’t know the repercussions of his actions. KZbin and other social media platforms should do a better job of making clear what you can and can’t do when you’re monetized. I see tons of other channels uploading viral content that isn’t theirs. He’s not the only one.
