Uh, no. All you have to do is just… hug the walls and learn how to not panic throw pallets by greeding them and stop constantly running in chase. Walk a little. It’s not going to kill you if you’re paying attention. Also know when to opt for a window instead of a pallet in a loop for extra time wasted. LOL Looping is not that hard. Just Play. The. Game. And do the following 4 things over and over. Over time, you’ll get good. You don’t need to know all of this to be good at looping 😭 Just use your brain.

My solo strat is the hatch 😂 , but the bullet , self care , deliverance , 4th perk is swapable but I mainly use lithe or a depecption perk🎉 I wait for everyone to die then I catch the hatch simple lmao
