Greetings from Michigan! It is very bitter cold here! Yesterday it was -8 degrees. Soup has been a highlight here with all the colds, flus and viruses. Your chicken noodle soup looks delicious. This year at this time my favorite soup is homemade chicken feet soup!! My 97 yr old spiritual Mother in the Lord has had me making it for her. She resides in a nursing care facility and she misses her good ole home cooked meals. I Love to cook and she loves my cooking so I have been taking her favorite foods which chicken feet soup is her favorite. It builds up her immune system. Lots of calegen!!! I Love it also! She wants me to add chicken wings to her chicken feet soup this time when I make it.

I like the boiling the noodles separately method too. They get too soft and mushy otherwise.
