This is my peg tlga for my future house. Ung may breeze blocks sa labas, dominant white walls, clean lines and touches of colors, wood, and textures. Ganda pa ng sinabi ni Archi sa dulo about having yourself a dream board. I don't have a dream board pero i write them down, i watch youtube videos, saved photos, ung mga gusto kong ma achieve. True enough, nakukuha ko sila isa isa.

Congrats sa inyo ! Ganyan din retirement house ko sa pinas 80 sqm.bungalow,walang aakyating hagdanan hehehe. Pero mas maganda ang partition ng bahay ninyo, iba talaga kapag Architect :) ...ang kaibahan nga lng ng sa akin meron akong garden na paglilibangan ko hanggat kaya pa.Retiree na ako ngayon.Watching from Germany. We are also planning our retirement home. Surprisingly, we have the same ideas on windows, doors, high ceiling, straight simple lines and white and light colored walls ❤❤❤. For the high ceiling window, that is also a non-nego design we want and I am also looking for a switch-controlled windows. I wish I could have details of your supplier.

I got curious where in General Trias Cavite I find the location very good for retirement di sya over crowded maybe kasi di pa fully develop pero maganda kasi preference mu ung bahay na ei tatayo mu.Btw, I love the house simple yet functional as mentioned for retirement talaga. Saam kaya sila gentri? Tama po kayo malayo nga pero sanayan lang. Ako nga commute estimate 2-3hrs byahe pauwi at papasok pero no regrets na lumipat din kami ng gentri kase di mapolusyon. Tahimik at province feels pa din.

#1 As they explained, gusto nila saktong spaces lang need nila at the same time functional. Di nila nasabi why they chose to have a large garage area, but if you notice may patio. maybe they like to host family gatherings di ba or they want their kids to have big outdoor space for them to run around. #2 nasabi din nila that the kids have a room of their own. But since baby pa yung isa, they have a dedicated playroom. #3 the husband said minimalist si wife. i think they would only get stuff they need #4 bricks at the front are called breeze blocks. Dual purpose sya: partition and ventilation. yung gitnang bricks is husband's preference. For them na maximize nila yung spaces that they need. they want it to be their retirement home.
