I'm an artist, and I've rarely ever compared my art to anyone else's. If I see art better than mine, I take inspiration from it. If it's not as good as mine, I think of when I first started and appreciate the art because of the familiarity of that stage. Art cheers me up, and it's what I've stuck with the longest. I used to play percussion, I write here and there, tried sewing ect. But art has been the one thing I've never stopped doing. I'm confident in my work, but I know there is room for improvement. My relationship with my art has always been good, I don't want to necessarily make a job of it but I plan on drawing till I die. Nothing would make me stop, unless my hands were paralyzed or cut off. That being said, I understand that maybe haters of your content could get to you. One of my best friends became jealous of my art, before I was even good at it, when i was 12 or 13. I knew because whenever she showed my her art, I told her what i liked about it and really looked at it but when i showed her mine she looked at it for 2 seconds, and had a snarky remark to make about it. Sometimes haters can be people close to you, but that didn't phase me in the slightest. Just keep your head up, when you truly love doing something eventually you recognize your not making the art for others, your making it for yourself. You should choose to show it to others only because your proud of it, not so they like it. :)

I like to draw and hope to make a career out of it in the future. I've noticed throughout my experience drawing that when I'm stressed to be perfect or be better than this specific person that my work suffers and I dont draw at my full potential. I've recently finished my first college art class and had to do a portrait assignment and I actually did very well on it exceeding what I even though I was capable of all because I stopped caring and just had fun with it. I realized when I just let go of the stressers and just have fun and relax I preform at my full potential.

Start eliminating people, things and places that aren't working for you. To level up, you have to eliminate. Be no nonsense. You have this lifetime and quite Frankly way too many Ancestors suffered greatly for us to be alive. And we give up all our power to others and we continue to fall into a sunken place. We must eliminate what doesn't work. Become a hermit if that helps you. Life can be luxurious without people. Alot of people incarcerated and in prisons, I'm willing to bet half of them got there because someone told a lie or because of people, period. People can make or break you. Eliminate, gain clarity and inspire those you are meant to inspire with your talents and craft.

Definetely as someone who would love for my art to become a career like my own comic or drawing for others I can lose myself in doubt I have a friend who draws and his look so good and I look at mine and think wow hes so much better. Then I realize that every time I draw I get better. Every bad drawing every good drawing I got better. I even found my own art style which I draw characters in. My art is never perfect and its frustrating but it comes to you at the most random moments and you just have to wait until it does. Once it does youll be satisfied not just cause it looks good but that you managed to do it. I used to feel embarrased at my art next to my friends now I realize nearly a year later my art has gotten so much better I can be proud of where I stand. His art has probably gotten better too but I hope I managed to keep up

The thing i dont like is that people always assume this one "thing", "the «your» thing" must be something creative, and if it's not then it's pointless and you're throwing your life away. What if my thing is not writing literature, but instead it's being a waiter? What if it's not making music, but rather simply working as an accountant? The last part would make any person who hasn't given that a thought really confused, "isn't that boring and pointless" is what you'll most likely hear, but if that thing really makes you a "You" - is there any problen with that? P.S. - Taken from personal experience.

I agree with that, even if I am artsy I don't see myself getting a job in the art industry. I just really love to put my imagination on paper, I might most likely get a job in either catering, accounting, or teacher; whatever can make you the person you are going to be at some point whether if it is one job or multiple jobs, it doesn't have to exclusively creative.

I decided to join just to get some constructive criticism but was later shut down by the KZbinr and straight up got bullied on live stream and on the comments. That completely destroyed my confidence on to make music and it made me so confused on what I did so wrong. Ironically I came across this video a week later and soon made me realized to just ignore the haters and do what you do. Later on got better on music and have a video that blew up too.

I love writing, even more so than I did years ago because whenever I had a writing assignment that involved me putting together a story, I would have to go back and correct a lot of mistakes I’ve made. But as the years went by and I started writing more and more, I started to draw inspiration from different sources and read other people’s stories so I could improve my craft, in the hopes of making a career out of writing. It wasn’t until I was at the lowest point in my life, that my old man beat down my confidence and said that no one would ever want to read what I wrote, and because of this, I just wanted to keep my writing to just a hobby... A passion. Now years later, my writing has improved greatly and I’m in the process of writing my original fantasy story (now a series).

This is such a great, concise video. Just hit roughly the halfway point of my first “busy season” after starting work full time last September. Growing up I was always at or near the top of all my classes, played sports, captain of my team senior year, etc. These last few months have been a rude awakening, for the first time making me truly question of I’m “cut out for it”. It’s been tough not really being able to connect with other first years in similar positions since we aren’t all in the office, with parents who don’t understand what I even do no matter how many time I explain it and friends who don’t seem to understand that I’m not constantly ignoring them, I’m really just that busy. Taking a step back and taking a different perspective has been really helpful and this video, as silly as it may sound, was actually really motivational. To anyone else that has been struggling lately, keep after it it.Even if you don’t always feel like it, You’re worth it :)

It’s quite simple really: they are ex husband and wife You see, bubble bass used to be quite the chad. One could even say a gigachad. Strong thicc jaw, muscular and well off. After he and the girl had their first child, bubble bass developed a gambling addiction. Common problem amongst chads as they get too confident with their luck. Eventually they divorced, and the wife took the kid and all his money. As no chad stands a chance against the courts. This put bubble into a spiraling food addiction during his poker binges, as a coping mechanism to the divorce. Which contributed to his current obesity. During a custody visit however, bubble bass shared a meal with her, at the krusty Krab. They tried to make up but it simply lead onto a heated exchange. Out of sheer anger, bubble bass took her tray and food and swallowed it whole. Except the car keys. Which he noticed as they were entering his mouth. She however, didn’t notice right away. Until now...

Fun fact: when SpongeBob first made the cryin' Johnny, he said the order was: first bun, then patty, followed by ketchup, mustard, pickles, extra onions, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and bun, in that order. But, latter in the episode, he said "I can't put a patty on a bun, with lettuce, cheese, onions, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and top bun together in that order!". First and last is obviously a bun, but then he put ketchup, but later then he put lettuce. This is confusing...

I don't know. All I like to do is play video games, listen to music and just watch KZbin videos. Not really anything special. Nor do I have any particular skills. I'm just vibing and going with the flow I guess.

Maybe your future college performance or school studying are critical parts of dedication. Idk.

@@alexp5569 Not anything major. All I'm doing right now is just trying to get my associates. But as far as I know that's about it. Maybe learn to drive or find another job but nothing special really. But that more short term than long term if anything.

@@ddennis2430 I always find that everyone I know is always good at doing that one thing, like for some of my friends it’s gaming or playing guitar etc. they’re able to just excel at it. But for me I find that I’m not really good at anything, I’m always outshined by everyone. It’s such a shit feeling and it really gets me down most days knowing that I’m fucking useless

i'm on the same situation as you and it's frustrating because since my idk 7 years old i want to create something, you know? like drawing, music or whatever but i don't know how to do... nothing at the beginning this was really making me very sad when i started to realize but now that i started to accept it more, now this is just... an incovenience, an super annonying inconvenience, even more when one of your friends is EXTREMELY talented and can learn a new ability in one week, goddam she knows how to draw, how to digitally draw, how to write good stories, how to edit photos and videos, if there is something that she don't know how to do it she learns in 2 seconds and master it in 2 minutes don't get me wrong i really admire and like the things she does, it's really cool, but at the same time i envy it a little

I was honestly expecting him to say something like”When spongebob looses confidence in himself when he’s told he’s a terrible fry cook, it’s similar to how someone might say something to you that makes you doubt yourself until you finally let go of that doubt.”

I don’t think that’s true at all. You don’t have to be the best at something, you just have to be the best you can be. Find something that you enjoy and stick with it, why should your life need a reason or meaning? Just have fun and enjoy it.

@@Auster9376 Ah yes, you've reached a great stage of depression where motivational speeches and the "It's going to be alright" line doesn't work anymore.Well this is the part where something external like an event must happen to you to make a difference, because you don't believe in yourself anymore and you barely get any motivation from anything. So wait for that event or make it happen, those are the only choices once you've reached the stage you are in now.
@SomeTexasCreatures3 жыл бұрын
@@Auster9376 I agree with Avcod. If you’re struggling mentally you should try and get help, like a therapist or talk to your family members. It’s hard but it will pay off when you feel happier and healthier, I hope you can find something you enjoy that helps you feel happy.

@@SomeTexasCreatures Sometimes its not good to turn to family. I did that and was ridiculed for it. So I kept it bottled up, even though that caused a oental breakdown in the past. It is what it is. I may be an artist, but I don't like how my art turns out, even if others say they turn out great. There for awhile my fiancé tried to get me to say one nice thing about myself a day. That lasted a week. I've considered myself a mistake all my life and I'm so hesitant to do any hing because every choice I make is a bad one on my eyes. There's just some things you can't change.
