With this spring, what buffer weight do you recommend for a 16” and 11.5” suppressed and unsuppressed?

Great question, I can't give you a 100% specific answer because I don't know all the variables e.g. gas port size, gas tube length, adjustable gas block, caliber, ammo pressure, if only one type of ammo is used, weight of BCG, type of suppressor (flow through or standard), etc, but I can give you generalized statements. Our 16" 223 Wylde PRO model comes standard using a mid-length gas system, an adjustable gas block, standard weight BCG, and a H1 buffer, because we want reliability for everyone suppressed or unsuppressed. If someone were to dedicate one of our rifles as suppressed only I would advise adjusting the gas block, that's why it's there. If you're running non-adjustable and only suppressed then an H2. This should also work for your 11.5, but consider an adjustable gas block. Tuning a firearm for 1 specific job: only-suppressed mid-length 5.56 using only PMC 62 grain, you can perfectly pair a H2/White Hot, without an adjustable gas block as long as you know ALL the factors, and pair the gas port size appropriately. But if you ever have to run cheap under-pressured ammo because there's no PMC 62 Gr available (think of Covid ammo availability), you'll want an adjustable block. That's why some non-adjustable fine-tuned ARs will not function with cheap ammo. Shorter answer: 16" H2/Sprinco white hot if only suppressed, adjustable gas block/H1 if switching back and forth. 11.5" try the H2/white hot first since you got one for the 16", if it's carbine length gas system should be fine, pistol length MAY require an H3 if dedicated suppressed with high pressure ammo.
