Levy will sell up when he's good and ready, He'll do his best to price the true local supporters out of the stadium. Spurs with the last 23 years is just one giant social experiment mate. He wants to spend as little as possible every season on cheap players with potential sell on value who are on low wages in order to keep the squad wage bill as low as possible. Recruitment over the last few years has been poor until very recently. Ange is doing a balancing act between being good in the short term and planning for long term and making sure he has players who can help along the way while also letting those who aren't good enough show it. Yes 100% we need more quality in the squad and fingers crossed we'll get some before the window shuts. If we don't then that's concerning for this season. Gotta get players while they're available too, before other big clubs jump in.
