My mother was stalked for 10 years! This man even followed her to another state. It began in the mid 1960’s to the 1970’s. We never caught this freak. At one point she was so angry she started chasing him down the street but the man stopped running and turned around started walking towards her. She turned around and ran back into the house. My father pulled up in his car but the guy ran away and escaped. It suddenly stopped and we can only guess that he was arrested or found a different person to obsess and target. Stalking is serious and scary. If you’re being stalked, report it immediately.

I love your stories, especially the ones told in the first person. I have to say that I'm very impressed by you as a person given the statement on stalking that you made at the end of this episode as well as a few asides that you made during the telling of the stories. You seem to have a lot of empathy for the subjects of your stories and speak of them respectfully and also for the people (esp women) in your life. You seem very socially and emotionally intelligent and think about ways to make the people around you feel comfortable and cared for (noting how the bf/stalkers in both stories were abusive and creepy AF) I hope the people in your life cherish you as you are a rare breed. Thank you so much for telling a story like this if i had seen this before i met my ex i wouldve known right away something was wrong, you said this perfectly i mean every single detail is perfectly accurate. They literally believe they are the victim and they did those things to you because you had the nerve to try to get away. If any one is watching this and thinking hmmm a little too many of the details fit, just run. Ive dealt with both these scenarios unfortunately not to this extreme but im so glad your bringing attention to these issues and your right there has to be a better way because i had no one to help me when i was dealing with a stalker and i almost got in trouble for basically going after him because again no one was doing anything so me being me (mama aint raise no h*e 😂) i went to him and was like this shit ends now. You really, really need your own tv show because you put so much thought, empathy and understanding into all of your stories to where they're not just stories they are real people with real problems, issues and truamas. Mini Mr.Ballen. I haven't come across anyone who gets even close to his story telling and personality ects and I just found this channel yesterday and iv been binge watching his videos and I lv definitely been getting Mr.Ballen vibes. I'm glad I'm here early before his channel really blows. I have been watching Mr.Ballen since his first 100k and now he is getting close to 10M and it happened so fast. Once he got his first million subs his channel just took off like no 9ne could have imagined. He is so genuine and honest and down to earth and shows his goofy and vulnerable sides. I remember when he was posting every single day and all he cared about was making his videos into something we all wanted to watch and he would ask and like seriously ask for everyone's positive and negative criticism. He did not care what kind of constructive criticism he received he wanted it so he could really figure out what us the viewers wanted to see and what little things we thought he could change or tweak down to the volume of the music in the back ground or what types of storys he told and how long the videos were and even what style of story telling we preferred and he actually listened to us and he made changes constantly and every new video he would put out would get a little better each time qnd even now he doesn't stop perfecting his channel and story telling and it has all worked for him as everyone can see. Honestly for me what made him stand apart from all the other KZbinrs were how he would talk to all of us like we were real people and reached out to us for advice for his channel which was so humbling. He would say he does his videos for all of us so who better to ask what he could change or add then the people who are watching the videos and he didnt mind changing anything bc he would say its for us so he wanted to make it like we wanted it bc without us there is no him and it was just so humbling to see a creature care enough about our opinions. Iv seen so many KZbinrs say in their videos that they seen comments like could you possibly turn down the back ground music or not make the intense moments not have a really loud spooky sound or whatever it is they wiuld make a point to say they don't make their videos for the viewers that they make them for themselves and it shouldn't matter what anyone else wants or asks or anything like that bc they are just being themselves and if the music is loud it is bc that is what they want. That is just an example but I seen that so many times and would want pity from it from their other viewers by saying be you and do whatever u want in your videos which is 100% true. It all comes down to what your motive is when creating a channel and rather you are posting videos a certain way bc thats how u like which is great and they will get a handful of followers but then you have youtubers who create a channel for themselves of course maybe for money maybe for a hobby maybe bc they are bored and want to have some kind of interactions with people and posting videos on KZbin is their way of doing any of those. If they want to create a channel that they put their passion into and want the people watching to really Honestly enjoy their content then they will be open to criticism and welcome it bc that is how everyone online and in real life grow as people and online grows their channel and I watched every advance Mr.Ballen did and I was so impressed with his attention to advice and new details being changed each video and all of the little quirks of his own like the Like button was genius frok the early days. Its all about comments and he used the Like button hiding in his videos somewhere to get those comments on his videos by saying the first person to post the time stamp the Like button showed up in his videos that he would pin their comment to the top of the comment section. He made it a little game and the reward was doing like a "shout out" by pinning their comment and omg people went nuts. Everyone wanted to be the first person to comment the time stamp and even after someone would get it right and get pinned it didn't matter bc people would keep on posting the time stamp from where they think they seen it even tho the winner "first person to comment the correct time stamp" was announced and pinned people just kept trying lol.. it was comical to watch and just genius. That is one of the big reason other then his talent of course but he did that so that his videos would have interaction which would cause KZbin to bump his videos back to the top of the feed for people to see bc before you gather a large amount of followers you have to grind on posting videos hoping that people would see them and that is exactly what Mr.Ballen did as well.. he posted a video every single day until he hit a point where he had a good amount of followers that he could post 4 or 5 times a week and faster and faster his following grew and then he went down to 2 to 3 videos a week and then bam he hit 1M followers and he went to 1 or 2 a week and once he hit over 2 to 3M followers he dropped to 1 videos a week bc he didn't need all of the videos he was posting before to get the views and comments he wanted bc now he can post one video a week and get enough views comments likes and all to last him a couple months lol. If someone creates their own channel takes notes from Mr BALLEN

IDK. I feel bad for her. You can't control much about the appearance you are born with. I mean, she recognized that she put Jessica in danger by allowing him into their place, but at no point does Jessica seem to recognize that she also put Sarah in such a spot to be pursued by this dude in the first place. I mean if he wasn't stalking Jessica, Sarah may not have had her heart broken by a man who obviously didn’t even care about her either. Every story is told in a clear, consice manor that captivates and enthrales the listener almost making the listener feel like they were there and sort of know the people in the story enough to get a feeling for the chactors in a deeper then usual way, giving it such realizem. I am so sorry. DV laws are not to protect the victims. In Canada my ex "I'm on the east coast, he's now in Central Canada. He was able to leave while on Probation move to another Province. Just after getting there, he while just settling in a lil child is there. He attcked the mom,"his new target". Fast forward the sister and I had spoke, the Police in the Province saw there was issue where he lived before. ***There was NO information about why he was on Probation*** Right now, I'm hacked. My identity stolen, I saw bank statements, Income Taxes. My youngest & I were a car accident, I was looking for information after just moving. The second my phone was on the wifi, I was hacked my phone and laptop. I found out that I've 2 beneficiaries for a lot that I had not set up. It now has "someone" who is down as my spouse, hes not in Quebec where my taxes are now splitting any monies. My Esignature was used by the branch in the next town. A month later I had learned My account was hacked, the Savings account was changed, the Bank is trying to cover their ( | ) Police said that someone who steals your identity and moves on, this creep is not going anywhere"! After a rough August in 2003 (I was married, he was missing during the first dance) Husband moved us to our home town where everyone leaves to obtain the dream of living out west. The dream we achieved, now Im sure that its him and his parents. Small town, my FIL is retired (g..ang) i mean Police Sergeant. Ive had no help, the accident was the other drivers fault, but my lawyer wouldn't help with getting my car back. The hacker was/is stopping emails from being sent, phone calls are being fowarded. So thanks to the guy who had to have the lifted truck, the lack of common sense running a stop sign that clipped my VW Golf 2016 under 98,000Kms on it. A single mom my car was my Independance, since not having it just as my Dr said my mobility has declined significantly. I love being a mom, I like my kids, I like them as people. I love spending time with them. Where we lived prior was next to a little beach, we spent a lot of time there, and doing the Cabot Trail. Without my car, I've only walked to rugby field its over the road. No one has taken the hacking, identity theft and what Police are saying that its someone i know. its me and my 3 kids don't have family, being in pain is something new, I love being outdoors, bc of this dink my children are suffering. Bad enough to get into an accident end up unable to work bc of pain but its affecting the kids more, as my mom died at 51 when my brother was 10. I had switched jobs before covid, to the kitchen in the hospital and I was able to actually walk into a dealership and I did not think that I would leave with a car,but the people I worked with were amazing, so id budgeted to have a downpayment and had half. Now we have nothing, I don't leave the house ever, last year I left 14 times. I thought that this summer would be different but stuck inside. Found out that social media well someone signed up for FB Dating! I dont trust anyone, how can you meet people without Social media all my accounts are hacked, everything you have on your phone is at risk i worked for a company that had training. My hb had his brother remote access, but it was a different computer, he teached computers in the army,just retired. Id love to get the kids up and go to the beach. Why would someone do this? Ive been through he ll my kids are my world.

This topic is a borderline phobia of mine. I tend not to think about it. I can’t even imagine how paranoid you would be after that. I feel like it is truly sadistic. The amount of trauma that can be done is sickening to think about. I did enjoy the video and i do feel like it would be good to raise more awareness about it, especially now that we know about the lack of laws. That is a big deal. Unfortunate looking 😂 that was the nicest way to put it. Great video as usual!😊 But TONS of ads also I had a stalker for like 4 years and it is terrifying! I was a dancer at the time, and no matter where I went to work he would find me, and he found out where I lived and it is like no matter where you go you are always looking over your shoulder, pretty much for the rest of your life. It will start to kinda fade to the back of your mind, but then something will happen, and even if it’s coincidental, it will feel like it’s not. 😢 My heart goes out to this girl

I love your stories, you are so talented in how you paint pictures and feelings of your subject 💜💯 As for this story, I can tell you from experience that the feeling of being stalked doesn’t go away. Some days are better than others, it’s been years since but sometimes I’m just white-knuckling to hold it together. Hopefully this isn’t tmi, but my ex-husband was very, very abusive, when I finally tried to leave he beat me almost to death with brass knuckles on each fist until the next day. He was about to be charged with attempted murder but escaped and made my life even more hell. I’m grateful I don’t remember most of the last beating. I’m permanently disabled now bc of it and have gone thru 2 strokes, over 20 surgeries to save my eyesight, reconstruct teeth, and save facial structure, and I have permanent brain damage. I lost my career, my ability to drive, and my independence as a whole. I have seizures now and have to walk with a cane. I’m in my early 30’s and feel like I’m 90 sometimes. Abuse is the first thing to feel and the last thing to acknowledge. Sometimes it’s hard for someone to say that they’re being abused, I’m guilty of it myself. I’m very grateful to God that I’m still here. I am remarried to an amazing man who is my best friend and I thank The Lord every day that we found eachother 💜 Every person going thru abuse needs all the support possible bc it is so blinding and isolating while going thru it. Love to you all, thanks for reading. To those going thru hardship on any level, you are loved and you are not alone, always reach out. Love y’all 💜
