I tend to agree with you, but I would love to see a video that reconciles this concept with a video done by Athletic Motion Golf where they talk about the key to hitting the ball further is increasing hand speed as early in the downswing as possible. These two ideas seem to be in conflict. Can you explain that to competing ideas in a video?
