"It's a starter tower" is such a stupid point because its worse than scout after the nerf. sure, they can nerf it, but it didnt deserve this huge of a nerf. especially if other towers like hunter keep their buff, plus, you can get demoman and a bunch more coins while demoman can do 50 damage at max for free by the tutorial. tell me, how does "It's a starter tower" a means to make it nothing, useless, a waste of cash. especially if you can leave hunter as overpowered as it is.
