That person should consider moving to the environmentally friendly weather, for example places like Whitehouse or Yellowknife or even Winnipeg might fit this persons environmental goals. Maybe after a string of -40 mornings, this person can reminess about living in a land where they once upon a time enjoyed endless summers.

@@carlfalt174 I live in where it can be - 25 to -30 at night in the winter for week to weeks at a time and highs of -10 to -15 during the day and - that's in degrees - I've never thought it to be Environmentally friendly? More like environmentally hostile.
