A cheater is more likely to have potato movement but the ability to snipe one person in front of him then 180 and snipe the person chasing them... consistently pulling off sus plays like that is way more of a hint than a few jump snipes and a point blank head shot (which I've pulled off and I am a legit potato most of the time).
