If you have applied to extend your visa within the UK and your application is successful. You can travel to your home country and get your visa sticker from there. You don't have to wait for your BRP to be delivered. It costs about 154 £ and you get a sticker on your passport. You need to visit a local UK VFS in your home country This has been done to avoid waiting for a brp when people apply for an in - country extension or switch.

Whether or not you will get a BRP will be communicated to you with your decision letter. When you get 90 day sticker (entry clearance) on your passport, you also get a letter that says where to collect your BRP from. If you don't have that letter, this means you don't need to collect any BRP. back in the days there was no BRP. Only a visa sticker on the passport. When BRP was issued, authorities didn't believe this exists as they wanted to see visa sticker. My full time job in 2010 got delayed because recruitment team said that there is nothing like "BRP". Sticker is visa and that is proof of right to work in the UK. I was the only employee on visa there so they were confused.

@@amanbajwa2095 go to an employment agency in your city and ask them to register you. I don't know which city you live in but every city has an employment agency that sends staff to various places on daily basis. You can ask them to give you two to three day work depending on the number of hours. Students I know work 2 x 9 or 2 x 10 hour shifts @ 10 per hour or more. Applying online for work won't always land you at right place as a student. Go to an agency and you will be working next day.

You can pay fees using any of the following. Credit card Debit card Demand draft in favor of the university Wire transfer from your account to university account from india. Also talk to your university about their preferred way of receiving fees.

Standard wait time is 7 to 10 working days. You should tell the home office if you don't get it within 10 days of your decision letter.

Bro you need to ask the employer first. If they agree on the basis of reference number or brp then it might be ok, otherwise you'll need NI number

You have to wait for the passport to be delivered. Agents get an email from the home office advising them about the outcome of the application. I don't think individuals get an email about the decision in India. If you apply from America for a UK visa, they even tell you by email that your visa is being printed.

Call the department of works and pensions. If you've moved address, may be it got delivered at your old address. If you've changed your number then may be updates were sent at old number. Check your spam mails in your email. Whatever you do, call the national insurance helpline tomorrow at 0300 200 3500. Calls are free if you have free minutes.
