I’ve seen this man catch just about everything from micro fish to 60 plus pound blue cats. He has more good days than bad. Thanks M. Hood.

Lots of work to hike in to that spot just to fish an hour or two. That spot is tough, yet if you lit a small campfire and boil coffee and fish through the night no telling what you would catch. If you're fishing flatheads go dark they don't like a bright light. If those sail cats and rays are there so are the flounder. Stay quiet and dark you could fish shallower and closer to the bank on your flanks to either side, those fish are chasing the bait in the shallows especially at night in that outside bend. Get there early enough to catch bait in the cut behind you. Good luck.👍🏻

@@Digglerdirk79-l4y Yes you can catch flatheads in the day. But if they move up in shallow water to feed at night and you start flashing them and spotlight operations while flapping your gums like a 50 Evinrude outboard you're gonna spook them off. What's up with that profile pic and the attitude? You the personal channel police? LoL

I'm an old man in my 60s now but back in the day we fished instead of focusing on videos and camera work. I'm a night fisherman, back in the day we had nothing for light but a single mantle Coleman lantern. Lit just bright enough to set it behind you so you could see the rod tips and a good flashlight to keep watch on the gators. LoL

@@Digglerdirk79-l4y Times are different. All you young assholes are good for is being disrespectful to people you don't have to worry about over a keyboard. Multitasking has nothing to do with focused fishing. There was bait all over the place in that video, yet he only fished with dead bait and gave up on an awesome spot after (hiking through the woods was his toughest obstacle and a wasted best effort) catching only a sail cat and a tiny ray. He's focused on video production and catchy click bait titles that only appeal to a few morons like yourself. gfy bud😆

😂 Love the "Stupid Method!" Rates right up there with fishing through the grate! Stupid maybe, but productive!! I frequently go "Big bait, No weight" when Current + Snag Rate = Excessive Break-Offs. 😻
