This Subaru Conquers Hells Revenge(Sort Of)

We went out with our friends from Moab SxS Adventures to see them test their new Subaru Outback. We went along as support and recovery if needed, but we also wanted to take our play rigs and have some fun. So we headed put early to beat the heat. We had an absolute blast, laughed so much. We also left no trash or broken parts behind. We even had a full spill kit with us however we never needed it. The Subaru drove back onto the trailer unassisted and never leaked a drop of fluid. This is a different video for us, but just another day of us having fun with friends. Thank you everyone for watching and supporting us.

Jeremy clarkson once said something like “the fastest car in the world is a hire car” as in: the speed of a car doesn’t depend on the car, it depends on how much you care about the car. People would be AMAZED how capable a Prius is if you don’t care about it. Subarus already come much more capable than the average car, so I’m not terribly surprised at how well it did, but the beating it took was cataclysmic! Couldn’t wipe the grin off my face! Makes me really wanna buy one as a hoopty and thrash it like that!

I watch you on my big screen, through my big-ass audio system. Two subs @ 500 Wats each really reproduce the big block roar and the tire chirp. When my granddaughter comes over, she asks to watch the walrus channel. She loves the "walking trucks", the growling walrus sounds and says to tell Lilly , Hi! My first Subaru 4wd wagon had a hundred thousand miles when I bought it. It was great on backroads of central and southern Utah. After a year I traded it in for a new turbo 4wd wagon with AC, and the red button on the gear shift knob to shift in/out of 4wd. Great cars!

It can actually do more with a stronger motor, lower gearing, the turbo motor, oversized tires, and a bigger lift. But still that was pretty impressive. I mean I assume they intended to scrap it anyway except for the motor. That looked stock except for the sliders. The stereo still works great. I have a 22 Wilderness with almost 30" AT tires on it, more clearance, lower final gear, Transmission cooler, Turbo power, Abbreviated bumpers, more strut articulation, so I was thinking, wow if that could do as well, just imagine what mine could do. Then again, I don't want to beat mine to death so I wouldnt attempt rock crawling with it. It can get down many surprising trails and roads, and it still looks nice. And that's how I like it.

In the mountain bike world, there’s something called under biking and over biking. So basically if you have a downhill mountain bike and you’re going downhill, you’re definitely over biking but if you do it on a Hardtail or a gravel bike, it’s way harder, but way more enjoyable and I feel like this is the car version of that.
