This Subaru Outback got hit hard in the right front pushing both frame rails to shift over about 25mm causing the frame rail to buckle . Watch how I pull and square and then cut apart and replace the frame rail and side apron structure. #framerail

Would this show up as frame damage on Carfax? If so it would make the car almost worthless and unable to trade off or insure due to liability.

Even if the accident shows up on Carfax, which you can't count on, his repair is in accordance with the manufacturers instructions using new parts. Should not be more than a minor ding on the worth of the vehicle probably. From the quality of his work its probably better than what the factory produced.

@catsmr I automatically take 1/3 off a cars value it has ever been in an accident. This is because bad DRP repairs with Taiwan trash parts, not following manufacturers' requirements or recommended repair procedures, leaving hidden damage.
