It doesn't sound like engineering, it sounds like your configuration management. Making sure you pull the correct drawings and update the drawings for any changes made on the floor. Knowing where the hole should be means that CM function wasn't captured.

I am new to Wyrmwood. Pledged thousands of dollars for a new table. Have not received any Kickstarter update since you took my money. But I get to watch “funny” videos about your struggles in understanding how to build my table properly. Am I missing something? I don’t need mistakes, comedy and ineptitude. I want the table you promised me.

All of their Kickstarters have monthly updates showing progress, and what original target month they're currently working on delivering. Maybe you're not receiving the emails. Have you contacted customer service to ask what's going on?

​@@lisawilson4094 Was there a delivery estimate when ordering? They always have a long queue of tables to produce, Kickstarter or not, and do have a history of getting behind. Contact customer service and ask for an ETA/update. If you're not happy with what they say, I'm sure they'll be willing to refund you. I just took a look at their most recent MGT Kickstarter from April, and they said this in the last update from August 31st: "As we mentioned last time, the majority of our shipments in recent weeks have been to pre-orders that were placed before this Kickstarter launched. However, this past week we've shipped nearly 50 tables to backers, so the shift in fulfillment towards this project is well underway. This will be a gradual change; as we have less and less pre-orders to fulfill, more and more of our production will be to fulfill Kickstarter orders." You would be one of those "pre-orders". So maybe there's something about the specifics of your order (supply issue etc.) that has caused you to be one of the unlucky ones with more of a delay. They've just barely started fulfilling the first Kickstarter orders from April/May, but the order in which they fulfil in does depend on the specifics of the order -- they try to manage this in the most efficient way for their machines to reduce the average wait time, which means it isn't done chronologically. Sometimes one particular accessory/wood will also be delayed due to a supply issue, machine being down etc. Hopefully they can let you know what's happening.
