Shipping these days sucks. My brother in law got a local hockey team ornament that they don’t make any more and another custom item. Mailed it via USPS early December. They FINALLY figured out on Monday that the To: address wasn’t entered correctly and it was thrown away and not able to be recovered.

Just to put my two cents in, I wasn’t bothered at all by diceapalooza being late. It’s a kickstarter, they communicated and it’s out of their control. It all seems fine to me.

To all those that are missing an accessory, or didn't get something else in time for the Christmas holiday. just remember Jesus already came, and died for us all. and we don't really need anything else other then to believe in the first and last perfect person. and if you are not teaching your kids that, start. its the best thing you can do for them I promise you.

I wouldn't say the best gift, but one year we got a SNES and a Genesis. Was pretty banging back in the day. Most awkward and probably funniest is some "ball deodorant." The lady I was talking to at the time didn't see the humor in it.

I've placed several orders in the last 30-45 days. Dice, dice vaults, cup holders, mug holders, mugs, hobby trays, topper block tray, hobby inserts... I think the only thing I'm still missing are the card holder hobby tray inserts. All of it is for my table that I'm getting through the Kickstarter so delivery timeframe wasn't really relevant to me, but I've appreciated Quinn's help in figuring some stuff out and have been impressed with the quality of everything.

Best christmas gift ever? The lord of the rings extended trilogy DVD boxed set. Especially after receiving illegally ripped video CDs the year before. The DVDs still occupy a special corner in my glas cabinets, even though I watch the movies on the more recent bluray discs.

Too many skus. This is the root of the problem - they’ve backed themselves into a corner offering the customization variety of a tee shirt printing company but in mechanical milled hardwood products (vastly more difficult and complex to make with a far higher cost of material and labor)

The only reason i ordered from the kickstarter for diceapaloza was because yall said you could get them done before Christmas and now you guys have done nothing but fumble deliveries and fufilments left and right. Until you guys figure out shipping, stocking, and all your other issues, Wyrmwood will not receive any money from me. Constantly making false promises. Dont get me wrong i get there are just some things out of your control like using other companies to make the products youre selling but at this point you over promise and under deliver

honestly i have ordered from you every year for the last 7 years or so, on black friday for Christmas. This year i ordered the cherry dice tower which was in stock on black friday when i ordered it and was told on the 18th that it was not shipping due to stock and wont get it until mid Jan. You guys refunded my money but then its a 5-10 business day wait lol . First time you guys ever failed to deliver. Love you all but sad about the situation this year.😮‍💨
