I had eaten all of it you have eaten. British Empire invaded Burma three times then annexed it. It was a province of British India from 1886-1937. Later it became British Burma. Many Scottish served with key positions in colonial government. That's why they called it "Scottish colony". You still can find lots of Victorian archietecture in Yangon. British introduced lots of Indians into colonial administration system in Burma. That's why it's so common to have roti, paratha, and cha there. It's not hard to see Indians or Bengalis in big cities around whole Myanmar. So does their food.🎉❤🎉

44年前我就在華新街的五專讀書，那時候只有兩家緬甸華僑開的麵店，緬甸華僑之所以開始在中和華新街定居開店，是因為那裏的房價和租金很便宜，而且那裏有雲南人的眷村，沒想到現在已成為緬甸街。

Indian food in Myanmar is not because of cross border relations, it is because the British brought in Indians to Burma (now Myanmar) during colonial time.

မုန့်ဟင်းခါး mohinga （fish noodle soup） According to Wikipedia, it has been popular after year of 1885-Third Anglo-Burmese War. 魚湯麵起源已不可考，盛行可追溯至19世紀末期。1885年，在第三次英緬戰爭中，緬甸最後一個王朝貢榜王朝滅亡，多年的戰爭消耗了緬甸人民的體力與財力，同時英國殖民政府的民族政策改變了緬甸原有的小農經濟體系，許多緬甸居民因此陷入貧窮的狀態，當時價格便宜、營養豐富的魚湯麵便成為許多底層人民果腹的料理。
