Well this is a thing that can happen. Notably it was part of the interleave suspension design, the suspension smoothness stabilized the gun in motion So a lighter vehicle like su-100p could have a pretty stable gun irl, especially since it's engine doesn't kick like some other light vehicle engines

I was playing the 100p a few days ago and figured the same thing, i also found that some other "stabalized" tanks are the Zrinyi 1/2 and the Turan 1/2/3(since they all use the same hull, just tested the zrinyi 1 and turan 3), i think its because of the low center of gravity and they usually are wide and/or very flat overall.

Why not though? HK APS system is a thing already. And certain puma variant got these weird HK APS side skirts. That aside, we don't really have soviet tanks armed with arena either, only two test bed variants (T-80 with Drozd and T-55 with Drozd).
