The PBR model is very much innaccurate, look at the turret, its a little rounder which doesn't feature on a real 62a

Does the PBR models download automatically or if you have space constraints are they blocked and does it cause a disadvantage?

It's downloaded automatically. They need to be downloaded in order for you to play the game otherwise it's just gonna crash
