THis was by far the best weekend in german Football ever. On Saturday Wiesbaden was in Relegations from 3rd to 2nd Bundesliga until Osnabrück scored in 90+4 and 90+6 for the 2-1. 30 Minutes later Dortmund won the Bundesliga until Munich scored in the 89 Minute. And then yesterday this happend. What a crazy weekend for every Football Fan. Just wow.

Union Berlin secured CL on last game as well. Absolute insane. Only Club who got relegated to 1. Bundesliga for the first time of their history and improved four years every year by ranks. From surviving first year, to Conference League (last game as well), to Euro League (for sure last game) to now Champions League!

Not only did Heidenheim go up, they also won the title! Unreal for a town of 49,000. A shame more in UK didn't get to see it as Sky ignore the Bundesliga 2 unlike BT. Great vid, you sure pick well!

Bloke from Heidenheim here who's watched them grow up after splitting from hsb (which I'm still a part of) and I've got to say it's unreal to see someone from another country make a video about the club. You can't imagine the commotion in the city yesterday and today, people were out of their minds. Thanks for the great video.

I can’t remember why but in 2016 Heidenheim became my team in Germany. I’ve followed them every year since and watched the game yesterday on a terrible stream on my phone but when Kleindienst scored I was so happy. I’ll be there soon hopefully!!

Live in Berlin and this year has been crazy in all the leagues even the Regionliga. I used to work many years ago in Ulm and used to go to Heidenheim, as they were in the 3rd division. Only a small club, and the ground of 15000 was only sold out for the last 3 games, and thats only when the away fans fill their end. Fantastic achievement, and great that you were there Stunt Peg to film this

One of the biggest issues was that in Sandhausen, all HSV supporters didn't have proper internet connection so they had to be told over the phone they had to go through the relegation battle. Crazy scenes in the 1,2 and 3 Bundesliga this year.

Was in Jahn-Regensburg stadium on sunday. Neutral spectator. Well, this match was worth every inch of the miles. Congrats Heidenheim! And big respect to Regensburg. Looking forward to see them next year when they play against my club. May I add, that all Heidenheim inhabitants could not fill the HSV stadium. Heidenheim same manager out of League 4 since 2007, Hamburg 23, Bayern 14, Dortmund 9. Small city, big work.

At the other end of the league there was just as much drama - without those two goals by Heidenheim, Armenia Bielefeld would have been relegated. When we saw Hamburg SV fans storming the pitch, we thought it was all over for us, but those two goals sent Regensburg down instead.

Crazy to think you've switched on to the train about half an hour from where I live, I hope you had an amazing experience, even though most of German football fans are pretty sad that HSV didn't get promoted. Heidenheim have thoroughly deserved it though and reaching the Bundesliga as such a small club for the first time ever must feel surreal for those Heidenheim supporters.
