I understand Razorks feeling. The same at many workplaces with alot of coworkers discussing problems and solutions, most people will just stand there kicking the dirt and say nothing and not lift any of the problems, which really hinders any solutions coming to light. Sure, the boss can take the reins and just point out that everyone sucks and needs to shape up, but it will not promote as good a response as it would, coming from someone feeling they are part of the group being critiqued. I often have to speak to the issues and represent others views at my job, but this feels alot more exposed, if there was cameras present I would probably shut the fuck up too, so I believe he has a certain highvalue quality, that should be honed and harnessed. GREAT quality in a leader/boss, but an insane quality as a member/worker.

The one thing that really confuses me when it came to the PH local tournament is that, "No Emotes" was in the rules then why didn't they account for the Auto Emotes in the first place and check all the accounts to have their emotes be empty.
