The guy is actually damn right, Tesla pulled forward demand and could sell high margin products as a first mover ("their software is so great, next Apple bla bla nonsense) because everybody who wanted an EV basically had to buy Tesla cars - now the tide has turned quickly. Same will be true for Nvidia at some time point and then the stock crashes massively, it's exactly the same story: Demand pulled forward, sky high PEs, CEO shills upcoming products, supply bottleneck - even the charts look similar. Only the PEs differ somewhat but that's because their margins are so excessive, they will come down dramatically with competition and saturated demand and so the true (higher) PEs will be revealed

Mind All forms of life have mental capacities, broadly speaking [Dennett, 1997]. They are sensitive to the environment in various ways, and this environmental sensitivity affects their behavior in various ways. Furthermore, the sophistication of these mental capacities seems to correspond to the complexity of those forms of life. So it is natural to ask if there is an interesting connection between life and mind. For example, life and mind would be strikingly unified if Beer [1990, p. 11] is right that “it is adaptive behavior, the - ability to cope with the complex, dynamic, unpredictable world in which we live, that is, in fact, fundamental [to intelligence itself]” (see also [Maturana and Varela, 1987/1992]). Since all forms of life must cope in one way or another with a complex, dynamic, and unpredictable world, perhaps this adaptive flexibility intrinsically connects life and mind. Understanding the ways in which life and mind are connected is one of the basic puzzles about life.

Apples not even the apple he thinks apple is. Apple's revenue hasn't grown for 3 years and is still trading like a growth stock (trading not far from Nvidia in terms of forward PE). On top of that, they don't even have any potential growth drivers on the horizon. The apple vision pro is what i would liken the Cyber Truck to be, a cool enthusiast product, sure, but it won't move the needle for their earnings or revenue. In addition to that, the car has been canceled and Apples entire service revenue is being threatened by the DOJ and EU. How is Nvidia the overpriced one. Apple would be a great investment if it was $130-150 but until it gets there, Apple is not a great alternative. Nvidia's been a leader in accelerated compute for 20+ years (which is the advantage to where it excels in AI), this is where the whole industry is going from general compute.

Now the competition is going to snap their fingers and compete? AMD is the bing of GPUs. Good luck...

Because GPU market isn't that big and isn't that profitable. There is no way the big cloud companies will continue to pay 50% profit margins to NVDA when they can design their own.
