I have no problem to lift correct, but after a while I got pain in my wrist on the outside TFCC joint. Still months later it keeps feeling soar. Any idea what causes this?

when should i breathe in and brace?
@QuinstotthaterКүн бұрын
You can do it at the top normally, it helps you get more air than if you breathe in while holding the bar. If you do strapped deadlifts, you kinda just breathe in as much as you can before you start pulling slack out of the bar.

I do conventional because of you but then I realise we have different leverages, I have a long torso and short legs... Any tips please?
@berka8587Күн бұрын
Me too and also short arms so I feel like a more "stiff legged" deadlift feels most natural, if that makes sense. It might not even be "stiff legged" but I dont imagine I bend the knees so much, instead I hinge more if that makes sense

I bet you have a massive squat
@soapvega9287Күн бұрын
Short legs are generally better suited for the conventional dl
