It is actually somewhere about 800-835 sqft cramped 3 BHK. 1400 is the super built up area, the owner fooled her and she believed it to be true. The interior design of the place sucks, so does the placement of the bar, the statue and everything else in her "vastu compliant" home.

I think it is one of the most exaggerated episodes, mostly due to the tenant in the video.Panvel is as good or as bad as any B town in India.Its not Mumbai yet.

You can hardly find a worse car to be chauffeured around in than the old X1. Terrible ride, terrible space. The only thing it was good for was that it was fun to drive. So your chauffer is the only guy having fun in your car! The things people do just to have a "status symbol" ! And BTW an HR registered X1 is hardly expensive - worth 5-6L at best.

For Panvel currently, It's all investment property which most of the parents have purchased like how they did in Powai 20 years ago.
