@@SwitchyWitch_ yeah, it shows quite a lot. For example - all attacks are well-telegraphed, perfectly spaced, and even attack combincations may be challenging, but never cheeky and cheap. It's some "I am the door, and I am the key" type of stuff. A game that gives you the manual on how to beat it. Great design

Chlorophyte Bullets don't work well in this fight because of elemental resistances (Chlorophyte Bullets deal nature damage and Akka is resistant to Nature damage). Read up your elemental sheet!

I got a new PC, so I was excited to try new mods I had trouble with before The _second boss_ had me playing Superhot I won though, moving in slow motion gave me time to react to his moveset while super undergeared

I've played MoR back in 1.3 and it looks like a lot has changed. I think Nebuleus is one of the coolest modded bosses I've ever fought and that was before the rework.

Just beat master mode ultimate nebuleus, shes probably the most fun ive had fighting a terraria boss! The attacks might look overwhealming, but once you learn how to dodge them they its just pattern recognition. They are very fair and balanced, theres no bs or cheap hits now that damage got balanced. btw the devs were kind enough to give infinite wing time during the ultimate form, so no insignia needed (I find insignia kinda cheating for mods with post-mo content so it didnt do much difference for me)

using the funny dolphin gun isn't really something i'd suggest, try using the Omega Obliterator's weapon - deals way more damage and you dont have to aim as much.

Up on what switchy said, so far all weapons are working but certain particles arent. The portal where you meet the wayfarer is bugged and you have to view the cutscene in singleplayer, the cutscene for Erhan is bugged and Erhan won't spawn. The skull digger also can't spawn. The thorn and keeper bosses work like normal.

Calamity is great, but it's slightly more quantity over quality compared to other mods. It's still very high quality though, almost all bosses are enjoyable and provide a reasonable challenge

@@doug2555 true. calamity is a bit quantity over quality, and you can really see it with some of the bs attacks from Yharon and DoG. scal and exo mechs are pretty good though.

DEFINITELY do Redemption first, way more forgiving and you won't miss out on much if you don't do harder difficulties, compared to Calamity which is fully designed around revengeance mode, which is very unforgiving toward newer players

Those attacks dont really look that hard to dodge imo. Although I think Calamity is to blame for that. *Dodging every boss pretty easily even though I literally just got Terraria and tried out Calamity moment* P.S: expert+death, although i struggled alot on exo mechs because my potato computer could just barely handle them with massive lag spikes where im just frozen being frequent
