If anyone was wondering, that is Henstridge Airfield he's driving on. You can get experience flights in Tiger Moth's there (Tiger Moth Training Ltd.), an absolutely fantastic experience nipping about in a 1930's vintage. Can wholeheartedly recommend. Also... those little tiny stututu's on the flat-shifts are amazing!

Its amazing to see the progression in your channel sort of mimicked by minty. I remember that car being a swimming pool cause all of the water in it, back when you were living in the shed. @Jimmy Broadbent - Really nice build mate! I've played around with MX5's and Toyota MR2's and such cars for years... They are super rewarding when you up the power and get them dialled in. I have a question for you though... In your 'passenger footwell' area, it looks to me like the build team has chosen to utilise this area for the exhaust mufflers (back-box/cat etc) linked from that great big turbo to the super sick side exit exhaust... I'm sure you're planning to, but I'd recommend the team 'plate this off' with a removeable carbon fibre panel with adequate heat resistant sealant around it's perimeter. Being removable it'll allow the team access mid shake-down/session... but failing to blank that off might prove to be a big mistake during time attack sessions. It's ok for a few casual runs on a air-strip like this... But once you are putting in timed laps, the heat from that area will be insane! The MX5 has such a small cabin area, that you'll feel utterly cooked before you know it fella! You'd be surprised how much difference the carbon panel will make. Great build though!! Love it! :)
