We took a similar tour for our 20th anniversary (11 years ago). It was terrifying and exciting all at the same time. I grilled the pilot when we got in the helicopter. 1. When was your last l Physical? And 2. Who will fly this thing if you can't? His response? You'll have about 30 seconds to find out! It was truly one of the best experiences of my life!

I did the Taku Glacier Lodge salmon bake when we were in Juneau. Took a float plane over glaciers, saw several bears and cubs and had an amazing time! Thanks for sharing your journeys with us!

My favorite excursion was taking a ride in an old school plane last year. My face was like Laura's. Was holding on for dear life for much of that flight, but it was a lot of fun

We did the Helo to dog sled camp. I drove dog sled Debi rode with little old lady who could not speak English. It was greatest.

Oh Laura I swear we are sisters hahahaha My brain will NOT let me eat something unless it approves. I cant do raw sushi, if it doesnt smell good like truffles im not dong it, there are so many things that my brain keeps me from eating so dont apologize. I get it!!!

Hey guys 👋🏻 I hope you’re enjoying your holiday weekend on The Freedom Of The Seas …. I actually was on it a few years back working on a video production and I got sick with the NORA virus ( along with 350 other people ) 😌thankfully I was able to finish my job … then I was confined to my inside cabin for 48 hours, but on a happier note I lost 5 pounds 👍🏻… Now we have other viruses to worry about 🤦🏼‍♀️… lol Hey, I’ve been debating whether to book our helicopter Glacier tour through a local agency, or through Norwegian when we go to Alaska in October this year. Because there is a difference in price of about $100 per person 🤔 Question, how did you guys book yours ?…If you went with a local tour company, did they pick you up at the port ?…. Or did you do your own travel arrangements to the airport and how much was the ride to get there if you did ??….I was looking at the Alaska Shore Tours website, but they are closed… Laura, your makeup is on point !!…🙌🏻🙌🏻…what makeup foundation are you using ??… looks naturally flawless 👌🏻

So we booked through a third party (the excursion company itself). They had us, when we got off the ship, to walk down the pier to the tram station to pick us up. And then they dropped us off back at the ship. They were very cognizant of time so we didn’t miss the ship. We even got back early enough to walk around the town and check out the shops. Thank you! I use Maybelline BB cream, and a little bit of Elf camo concealer.
