here's my opinion. this version is so good and technical and just flawless almost, I like it so much. but then we have niall's version that's just so raw, rough, and honest. I almost could hear his voice as if he's begging when he sings "I'd still dance with you" and it sounds... so honest♡

For the ones saying this is better than the original. This just isn't anywhere near as good as the original. The original is, well the original. The intended sound, it's a masterpiece by itself and can't be beat. Nialls song is his voice, his emotions and itself is perfect. It's raw and it's emotional, not as edited as this version. Not saying this version isn't good because trust me, I'm absolutely in love with this cover as well, head over heels in love with it honestly. I've replayed it multiple times but this version just isn't better.

Honestly, if people saw Mario in my school, they'd most likely think that he can't sing, and that just shows how society can be so judge mental and cruel. i’ll always be a fan of Niall’s “This Town” and his version just got to me, but what i do love about this is that it is as if there were two lovers missing each other Niall’s song is great, obviously, but two lovers that still care for each other and stuff happens a lot more often than you’d think and having both of their voices singing the same lyrics makes that kind of situation, that kind of love a lot easier to relate to while listening to this cover, tho you can still obviously do this with Niall’s too it’s kind of about about two people that should and could be together but for some reason they aren’t this song is a lot deeper than it seems and i guess it’s either Niall’s version or this version, i still love and i nearly cry when i hear it i love the original song but, as i said, i love this cover bc it’s the exact same song, the same lyrics but with two ppl singing (say, the two lovers) it just makes it... different i honestly love both of them great cover
