Lauri is melanin free KD. His game at a similar hight and style a little more comfortable going to the rim and playing down low as a power forward. In tye right system he can be the difference between making the playoffs and going deep in the playoffs. Golden State still needs a rim protector that can average 10 plus rebounds a game like Jarrett Allen from Cleveland would be perfect and since OKC got Hartenstein who would have been a great fit in Golden State there aren't many options left and fewer when you factor in what they can afford plus what they aren't willing to give up.

I've seen over 8 teams as potential landing spots for Markkanen. It seems like every team wants this guy on their roster. As a Cavs fan I wish we'd given him more time. Whether people think they should or not is neither here nor there - New Orleans is all in on him. If they were gonna shop him, they already would’ve, and they wouldn’t be shopping B.I. On top of that, the Sixers turned down an offer from Sacramento who offered their #5 & #10 picks for their #3.
