This mod heavily reminds me of something like uaz 452 I saw being used Soviet MP forces. It had a cage around outside and probably inside it aswell and had a masive solid steel bumbe. It was definatly slow on the acceleration from its masive weight and definatly not as fast as the one in beamng (but I amagine being hit by that uaz would reseult in somwthing like the beamng one just at alittle lower of a speed, and despite its slow acdeleration, i could definatly see it pushing most soviet cars with out stoping).

Youve got a good cpu and your graphics card is good too. Yeah i think youre good to go ,its seems good enough to run but as the above person said , ram usage is quite alot in this game. Its still good though. Tip :test it out first to see the limits so you know ,like put 20 car or turn up the graphics in increments to see how it reacts.
