Thank you for speaking out. We understand because we feel the same! Sane people all over the globe are currently waking up to the fact that we've been letting the lunatics run the asylum for far too long. The reason this could happen is, that sane people cannot imagine that some specimen of our species completely lack the natural human trait of empathy. Furthermore, sane people assume that people who volunteer to take on huge responsibilities must be so much wiser and stronger than they themselves, since sane people would be laying awake all night, worrying about whether they were doing a good enough job for "their" people. Sane people do not realise that the volunteers won't loose a minute of sleep worrying about the fate of the people under their heel. Dear Elizabeth, i think you speak for the majority of whole the worlds population when you say that we love peace and only want the best for everyone in the world. We can get there. We only need to figure out a way to get the lunatics back into safe and secured custody. Sending love from Sweden!

Thank you for a very good interview. It is good to hear someone with a different way of seeing the world than what we are exposed to all day in the mainstream media. I live in Sweden and was very disappointed in the decision to join Nato. We didn't have the opportunity to vote on the issue or even debate the issue. People accepted it because they were afraid, and that fear was built on the medias one sided picture of the world. What I like most about Mr. Oberg is that he formulates an alternative to the philosophy of militarism--which is peacefull co-existence. This is complicated, but worth exploring.

I think there was no fear necessary of Russia, but the US wants to expand NATO as much as possible, and spreads lies about Russia (Western Europe also spreads these lies). I am,so disappointed in Finland and Sweden that they joined this criminal and war mongering Nato organization. I wish it had stopped existing after the Warschau pact stopped. @@indycoon Who makes the West the permanent king of the world to decide on the world's problems? Because the UNSC is, all but in status, a Western-dominated institution and considering that all its western members are current or former imperialist powers, it kind of disqualifies them to understand and address the problems of the world. It's impossible for one whose existential nature has been defined by wars and exploitation to accept others as equal. That's not part of the western philosophy of governance or cultural mindset... Russia and China have finally understood that the whole Western civilization is based on lies, fear and dominance and sadly it makes it incompetent to lead a multipolar world. Plus if a democratic system of governance solely based on voting was such a success, we wouldn't have this political collapse in the whole Western civilization right now. All Western citizens are currently pissed off with their elected government, except those benefiting materially from the MIMAC(Military Industrial Media Academia Complex).
