I will be completely honest. For 22mil, I'm pretty sure you are able to get something much more worth while. Alot of wasted space, especially the master suite. Also, privacy.??? Your neighbours would be able to hear you whisper. I do appreciate some of the architecture but as a whole, could be better.

Even though the architecture of this house is really beautiful, the way it's furnished doesn't go with the look and feel of the house at all. This old furnishing style and very yellow lighting in an extremely modern structure makes it look way older than it is. A beautiful home, just wish some of the finishes were chosen better.

Where Enes when ya need him. Soooo this home is BEAUTIFUL, and I can usually see past ugly furniture but the furniture in this house is pissing me the fuck off. Because if someone is going to pay this price then the furniture should’ve been restaged to match the esthetics. The furniture is so dated is deterring me from seeing the homes value. Excuse me for sounding rude. But lord the home is gorgeous but never have I ever been so turned off by hideous furniture. The home feels dark and sad. The furniture isn’t giving the proper energy l. Yes I know you can change the furniture but my god WHHHHHY would you showcase this beautiful home with such mismatched decor. For this amount they could afford to have had this home staged properly just because it’s being filmed and we ant to see the WOW factor. The house is screaming WOW WAIT WHAT THE FUCK. The tile is ugly. Some of the bathroom tiles are hideous l. At this price point I wouldn’t want to renovate. But allow me to be a big more positive… The outdoor features are AMAZING
